Kym Zaja provided exceptional assistance in reinstating my Service Warranty. She proactively reached out to inform me that a warranty previously discontinued by Service Experts was still available and could be grandfathered in due to my consistent adherence to annual service requirements and timely payments. I truly appreciate her initiative in contacting me directly, saving me the effort of reaching out to Service Experts myself. Her proactive and customer-focused approach made a significant difference.
